As a Move Team Captain Driver, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.

Be a friendly college hunk – sharp uniformed appearance, genuine smile and enthusiastic attitude.
Prepare truck each day by completing safety checks and supply inventory.
Always operate the truck safely.
Educate clients about our services and the benefit for them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Lead your team to effectively complete the moving job without damages.
Make logistical decisions to meet efficiency benchmarks.
Help to train new hires and your team in the day to day operations and company core values.

To be one of the HUNKS, you:

MUST be Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented
MUST possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
MUST be able to lift 75 pounds for an extended period.
MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
